Progesterone Suppositories

I am starting the lovely progesterone suppositories tomorrow I will be using 4 per day. Unfortunately, they did not come with an applicator. Can anyone explain exactly how to do these (I know, dumb question)? Do you just "shove" it up there, capsule and all? Any help would be appreciated

So gross, I know. Yep, just "shove" em on up. Since you'll be doing them at different times of the day, don't do anything too active after inserting them. And wear a pantyliner. You'll get a lot of residual goo.

Just did my first one and ugh! I am sitting here waiting for it to "come out", but not yet.

This might be TMI, but I put the capsule "pretty far up" there (I did not have an applicator). Is it okay if it's far up or should it be lower??

Get it up as far as you can...it won't come right out...but you can kind of feel it melting. (I know - TMI).
Just wear a pantiliner cuz a little does come out.

ETA: I've never laid down or anything after inserting the suppository...I just run to the bathroom, stick it up there and go about my business....

Yep - just shove those suckers up there 4 times a day.

Totally gross. Totally wear the pantyliner.

Try to get them up as far as you can...I had trouble in the beginning because they are hard to "control"...but you'll get the hang of it really quick.
