i use an eyebrow pencil a shade lighter than my actual brow
i just fill in the "holes" of where i overplucked

stila has a great eyeshadow duo that I use. have to get the brush that goes with it though.

i use a waxy brow pencil... i found that the powder i was using made my brows too heavy for my face. i just fill in the sparse areas and use clear mascara to set.

i use a flat brown eye shadow and an angled brush like MrsDgirl posted.
