Nothing. I don't like the stuffing that comes from turkeys and it's also very dangerous if the stuffing isn't cooked properly.

We make stuffing for the inside of the turkey...and then some additional stuffing that doesn't go in the turkey. I don't eat stuffing, but everyone else seems to like it.

Some people will cut a large white onion in half and put that in the turkey while it's in the oven for flavoring.

I make stuffing seperate too.
But I will put inside the turkey while it cooks: a few whole carrots and stalks of celery, an onion, fennel and an apple. I will rub the turkey with olive oil & spices, then an orange to give it a nice glaze (so I am told).
