sorry but another cramping question
I know I'm not supposed to lift anything heavy but I picked up my 1 and a half year old nephew today and now I'm cramping. And it happens sometimes if I'm bending over to pick something up too. What do you guys think? Has anyone else experienced this?

cramping is totally normal right now - if it's not accompanied by any spotting, blood and they are not super painful, I think you are okay.

I think that as long as your not having severe pain (like, doubled over pain) your fine. Cramping is normal.

I do get this if I move a certain way, bend over at the waist, etc. I think it must be normal, I too worried about it but it has been the case for over 2 mths now. So I don't worry anymore about it.
