Progesterone suppositories
Ok, they just got delivered; taking one before bed. Silly question-what do I do? Just stick it in there?

Yep, just insert! I suggest you start wearing panty liners. It can get kind of messy.

I am finding that the leaking and mess gets worse the longer you are on them. Definitely wear the liner!!
