Re: Would You Question....
NOPE...No plastic surgery for my kids unless they are deformed and it affects their self esteem in a MAJOR way and or they pay for it themselves and once they are over 18 or no longer under my roof.

No way. I'd get her therapy for her low self-esteem, though.

Re: Would You Question....
I saw that episode. I wouldn't!
But, I am 30 and it doesn't mean I don't want one myself.
But 17 is way to young.

hell no, when she is older and can pay for her own surgery, then more power to her.

Re: Would You Question....
No way in HeLL would my daughter get that done if i have one someday! what would happen if someone got plastic surgery to make there boobs bigger and it had a leak in it now that would be dangerous! she is still developing and should not worry about big boobsat her age if it is a self low esteem I agree she should talk to a therapist and maybe when she Turns 21 years old and stills feel that way and can pay for it herself than she can get it done!

Re: Would You Question....
I agree with maybe the nose, but no way the boobs (like i said before). The reason being that i feel a horrible nose might cause my daughter to have more low self esteem as she gets older. Boob jobs to me is to just get extra attention (and in the wrong area).
I don't think plastic surgery is a bad thing...it just has gotten out of hand. Plastic surgery can fix cleft palets (sp??), birth defects/scars, broken noses, bones, etc. However, i feel that if you are getting something enhanced (especially in such a young individual) there is NO NEED for that and i would try and help my daughter in other ways (like maybe therapy).
I am a very small chested woman (with broad shoulders and no clevage). I occassionally wear out my VS push up bra and the number of looks i get make me uncomfortabkle so it's such a foreign concept to me that teenages would actually want to enhance them.
