While TTC, you cannot use things like KY Jelly because it is bad for sperm. But instead, you can use Preseed if you want the extra lubrication. It is proven to be ok for the little spermies! I think it is also good to use if you don't get a lot of EWCM because the sperm need something to travel through.

Also, just FYI - there is PreSeed which goes internally, and Pre which is an external lubricant.
