I am 26 weeks and havent even thought about one yet. A girl I work with lives near me and I am going to ask her about her pediatrician.

well, we MAY have one... I've done the research to find a ped with great reviews and credentials... but we have yet to meet with him (I'm 23 weeks)
I intend to do that over the summer....

I didn't pick one out at all!! I waited until we had the baby and then we wound up going with the Pediatrician that saw her in the hospital. It worked out great and we still go there. We are very happy!

You don't NEED one before the baby is born, the ped on call can check the baby out and if you like them, you can continue with that practice.

I am 32 weeks and still don't have one but I did get a few referalls that I have to look into. I did print a list off thenest.com for questions to ask yesterday. My OBGY wants you to have a pediatrician's office chosen before you have the baby.
