Totally unrelated to IF, but...
When I went in for my appointment today I received the nicest compliment 
The nurse pulled me aside and said that she and the receptionist wanted to know where I shop because I always have the cutest outfits, and they're always looking forward to seeing what I'm wearing when I walk in that day
I don't care if they were lying just to make me feel better, I still love my RE's office

I noticed that the ladies in my RE's office are very nice also. I think it's a job requirement. They know we are hurting and could use pick me ups.
