question about my temp this am...
Background info: went to bed at 2:30am. Had two glasses of wine with dinner (not drunk or tipsy just happy, but did take 2 tylenol so I wouldn't wake with a headache)
I usually take my temp at 6:45am.
I woke up at 5:45 and took my temp(I was actually falling asleep while the thermometer was in my mouth) and it was 96.51. I was also very cold (dh had the ac on!) and it was not a good sleep.
So I went back to bed and woke up again at 7:45 and took my temp again and it was 97.13
Should I discard these or use the first one or second one?
Here are some of my recent temps:
Mon-96.78
Tue-97.02
Wed-96.87
Thu-97.11
Fri-97.25
Sat-97.05
My temps have been all over the place.
Sorry this is so long.
So what does everyone think?

I know for myself that if I drink a couple glasses of wine the night before, it throws off my temperature even if I take it at the correct time. I think it's because of the way my body processes the alcohol, it falsely raises my temperature a bit.
Are you near O time or AF time? If not, missing one day's temp won't really matter.

I'm not sure! This is my second cycle temping. I am CD24 today.
Last cycle it took 75 days to get AF!
I got off BC in Dec and didn't get AF for over 60 days so i went to the doc who gave me the progesterone so i got AF after that but then it took 75 days to get it on my own!
I have a GYN appointment Wed.
