Re: Charting Question
Your temps won't be the same every day - what you should focus on is a pattern of temps - low before ovulation and then high afterward. There should be a definite biphasic pattern, which might be difficult to see at first, especially if it's your first month charting. What CD are you on now? Do you know when you usually ovulate?
Here are a few of my charts so that you can see what it might look like. I was pregnant for the Dec 22 cycle, but it ended in miscarriage:

Hope that helps

My RE told me to try to not interpret the charts but how can I not?!?! I am on CD19 right now & usually O around CD16-18. When I had my ultrasound on Friday, the RE told me I would have a long cycle this month & would not O until C22 if I O at all this month....
I knew the numbers would not be consistent but when I saw the drop this morning, I wasn't sure if my body was gearing up for O. I have yet to see EWCM.

It's possible that you will O - some women experience a dip in temp just before the O. But it's not a definite sign - for example, you could've just slept with your mouth open which caused your temp to be lower this morning. I think your RE is probably right as he/she is able to determine how far along in the hormone chain you were by looking at how your egg follicles were developing.
