Constipation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok So another symptom of pregnancy has decided to visit me.
Do you ever feel like you are pushing too hard? I feel like Im gonna pop my water or something 
What is everyone doing for this?

Metamucil, fiber, lots of water.
Others have said colace, senokot-I haven't done those.

Colace definitely helps and eat lots of prunes or any foods high in fiber.

I was MISERABLE over last month or 2... Oh it was horrible.... I should add that I really wanted to avoid any medications... I knew I would be able to figure out something more natural....
finally I worked out a scheme (a week ago) that works for me quite well....
drink at least 3L a day
drink 8 oz of prune juice every day (I dilute it with equal amount of water so it isn't so sweet)
Eat lots of veggies and fruits every day...
since I started the regiment, I've been totally fine  It's like a night and day difference....

obviously, it doesn't happen to everyone.. but when it does
