HSG

So we are moving along next steps here and I'm having an HSG this week. Thing is it will probably be on CD9, which is when my obgyn says we should start BDing - can we BD the night of the test?

if you feel up to it, go for it.

I was in a lot of pain after mine, and bled for 2-3 days afterward. The last thing on my mind that night was bding.

Re: HSG

I had mine on CD8. BD on CD14 (which to my opinion was too late, and it was delayed b/c I was dealing with an issue unrelated to TTC) and I got a BFP that month (unfortunately it ended in m/c at 5w4d). I didn't even know it worked until I was late. So, as soon as you are up for it...go for it. Think I had bld for about 2 or 3 days. Good luck.

Re: HSG

I was told I could as long as I had no pain or spotting.

I would wait 24 hours after HSG. I had some mild spotting afterwards and emotionally I wasn't up for BD that night.

Re: HSG

I had no problems after my HSG. I was told by the doc that b/c I had already had a baby in there, my uterus was already stretched out so I probably wouldn't have any or much bleeding or pain and I didn't.
