if your landlord told u you could use her grill...would u?

curious to know..my landlord said we could use her grill..but my DH feels weird to do this

keep in mind-she gets home 8ish every nite-n we would grill at like 6ish...

No, I'd feel weird about it. I'd also be afraid I wouldn't clean it well enough or use to much gas, etc.

years ago in my first apartment, my landlord said to use it, and I did, but then I got my own. His was hooked up to the gas mains, which meant he never ran out of gas, but I might feel differently if they used a gas tank

depends on the appearance of the landlord.. if they look dirty then no way, but if they are clean people i may consider using once in awhile.. I LOVE BBQ.

i would use it sparingly, like maybe twice a month and i would leave it cleaner then when i found it. . .

No... I wouldn't feel comfortable.

We are actually faced with this often. We are close with our landlord and he's always offering up his stuff for us to use anytime we want, but we're just not comfortable.

I would spring for your own grill... it's worth it IMO and you wouldn't have to spend a ton of money.

DH would not, but I love grilling on summer nights.

I wouldn't....but that's more because I just don't like to use other people's things.

And DH is a major germ-o-phobe so I know he wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole!
