Ok, I've had it with this dealership

The dealership we got my new truck from is really ticking me off. First, the night we got the truck we were there till 11 at night. Then, the next day I had to go out to another dealership to get the keys to the truck because the night they picked it up from there, they didn't. Granted, I'm in the middle of the 2 dealerships, but this was their responsibility and the fact that I had to put miles on my new lease to do something they should have done because I'm closer than they are is ridiculous. But I did it. Did I mention they gave me the truck with 30 miles on it because they drove it from the other dealership where they got it? And that same night when I went to get the keys, DH went to the dealership to bring them the title for my trade in, so he was goign there anyway and it would have been easy for themt o have the keys waiting for him, which was what we were told the night we bought the truck.

Now, 10:30PM the other night they call because the VIN number is wrong on all of my paperwork, including my registration. It's right only on the insurance. I told them when we were signing the paperwork that it said a different color than what I had, but they said it didn't matter because the VIN was right. Yeah, so now they want me to come in ASAP. Sorry buddy, but I don't live around the corner from the dealership and I have other things to deal with. And if it's such a big rush and problem for me, then why did you say you were going to call us back yesterday but never did? I had to call today to hear how important it is that I get there to correct the paperwork. I have to go there Saturday for something else and told them the paperwork better be ready for us when we get there because I'm not wasting any more of my time there. I've only been there 3 or 4 times and they all know me by name. That says something because it's not for good reasons. I best be getting a lot of free services because I've absolutely had it.
