What will you put in your diaper bag?

Although it's early, I started organizing my diaper bag and was wondering what you will be putting in there. So far I have:

diapers
wipes
plastic diaper changing pad
a plastic case with travel size desitin, lotion, etc.
purell
pacifiers/little toys
an insulated bag for bottles

I'll also add extra clothes (onsie/t shirt, outfit, socks) some burp cloths and probably a small blanket. Any other ideas? TIA!

Little bags to put the dirty diapers in. I've used them more than I ever thought I would.

ETA: A hat, depending on season-- winter hat or sun hat.

Oh, also a lip gloss/chapstick, hair ties, a few extra bucks. Things that if you just grab your diaper bag and not your purse to run in somewhere, you have some of the basics.

I also always have burp cloths with me. Probably the single accessory I use most

I also have a blanket there - a thin one like receiving blanket. Never know when I need to put her down somewhere (like at someone's house) or she is a bit chilly.

Maybe the boob cover thing if I breast feed in public - If I breast feed at all.

I say forget the travel sizes and just have a regular tube of whatever you are using. You won't have to replace it so often and you will always know where you have extra. I carry extra bibs everywhere. I carry extra plastic bags and use them to dispose diapers and to keep used bottles and used clothing separate from the clean items that are in the bag. Then when I get home, there is less fumbling to get the bag ready for our next outing.
