Exercise Question
So, I know that if you exercise regularly-- it's no big deal to keep doing it during the tww and pregnancy.
I exercise regularly, but I did fall of the wagon over the last few weeks- with travel and other things- only exercising once or twice a week-- if at all. I do walk a lot though just cause of where I live.
Anyway, my question is- it's no big deal if I get back into my routine, right? My body is used to the exercise-- I just have not done it as much as I normally do in a few weeks. I am done being lazy!
