how can u justify jin dying in the crash, but sun getting pregnant on the island?
there has to be some kind of descrepency in time....
much like how its weurd nobody has questioned kate being aarons mom
The only thing I can think of is that Sun claims that she got pregnant before the crash, and Jin died in the accident.
Personally, I don't think that they killed off Jin... yet.

I think that Jin (and maybe the rest) died trying to get off the island.
When Hurley had his flashback, he was saying to Jack - "you wanted to see if I was going to say anything about what happened."
So I think in the end, something terrible happens and all but the six (I'm not sure about Arron being a 6th - though I too thought they said the 6th would be revealed last night) die.
I was crying when Sun was talking to Jin at the grave!
How did you all read 9/22/04? I kept trying to look at it on pause, and could sort of make out a 9.
And did it say on the other side - 1980? Would that mean Jin was only 24 years old?

So everyone hates Ben. Even Penny's dad. And Ben is staging the wreckage because....
weird.
I think Ben is the one in the coffin from last year's finale. Because he has so many aliases. And that article had some random name mentioned...
I think Ben has Michael, as well as all the "Oceanic 6" in his pocket, and that is why Kate was all "why would anyone go to that funeral"?
I wonder where in time that episode fell.
I wonder if the note Michale passed "Don't trust th ecaptain" was meant to be helpful, or if it was part of Ben's manipulation...
I don't understand how Kate explained being Aaron's mom.

I think he died trying to escape the island, and it was easier just to say he died on the plane. I don't know. Its a good question.
I hope you are right. I was just so sad when they went to his grave.
Unless they are pretending Jin died in the plane crash to get some insurance money or something  but that doesn't seem very Lost-like!

What if 6 fit in and then they can't get back because the time warp thing closes or something?

I don't recall Jack saying anything about saving anyone. I thought he told Kate it was a mistake(meaning getting rescued) and we have to go back or something like that.

I thought this too. If Sun became pregnant and "found out" when she was on the island. I think something happened to Jin either on the island or trying to get off, but I think he died. Sun was too sad at the grave site - if he were alive wouldnt she have some hope of seeing him again?
And I was confused by the Captains reference to "who do you think can put together a fake plane crash site" (or whatever he exactly said). I thought he was referring to Pennys dad. As in, look at what this guy can do, dont mess with him.
How would Ben get his hands on a plane to put in the ocean, to make the fake crash?
Even though Ben is a mean mean dude, I would pick him over Pennys dad to root for.
At least Ben is trying to save the island and not exploit it.

I dont think Jin is dead,I think Ben has him working for him, like Sayid, in exchange for helping Sun and Jin to get off the island.

FYI - I am watching the episode over again, and I just caught that the clerk at the gift store where Jin bought the pandas tries to sell him a dragon instead, since it was the year of the dragon... 2000 was the year of the dragon, and the next dragon year will be 2012. In hindsight, that was a major clue given that it was a flashback... lol

I read somewhere that when they are going to have flashbacks they make that wooshing sound right before they cut to the flashback, and in flash forwards they don't have the little whoosh sound.
