yay, he's GONE.
it was requested by a senior official in albany for a certain period of time be allowed for him to arrange the transition team. I guess there's a ton of paperwork and shifting around that must be done before a new govenor can step in......

yay, he's GONE.

Plus, there's probably a lot of documents that he needs to shred before his trial.....
