If you only recently started using the CBEFM, then it may not be 100% accurate. It can take a few months to "learn" your cycles. In this case, the OPK might be more accurate.

Good thing that you used the OPKS so you were able to detect O!

So weird that you mentioned this. This is my first month using CBEFM and I never got a high or peak reading. I had obvious O cramps and boob pain last week as if I was Oing but my monitor didn't reflect that. FRUSTRATING. Now I realize that it is possible the first month of using it that the monitor needs to learn your cycle. I wish I would have known this prior so that I would have used OPKs as well. Oh well....Maybe a MIRACLE will happen.

i did it again this AM , and still on low
its not my first month and i did get a peak reading last 2 cycles but this is weird

that's interesting to find out, this is my 2nd cycle using it so maybe I will go out and buy OPKs too
