Madonna

I am having a horrible time getting an appt. with them. I have called the mineola office 3 times to get an appt. and they have left me on hold for over 5 minutes each time. Anyone else have this happen?

yes, they are horrible there, good luck! You have to keep trying.

Mineola is the worse. If you ever do get an appointment be ready once you arrive to wait at least 40 minutes to be seen. I now go to Babylon which is 100 times better. I never have any problems getting an appointment there.

I just hung up and called back and the receptionist was like " I have someone else on hold waiting for an appt. and I was like that was me!!!!! and she said i still had to wait with an attitude" If I wasn't so sick and didn't have to go to this I would give her a piece of my mind!

I use the Babylon office. Never sit on hold and I always get the appointment I want (I usually call a few weeks in advance).

I hated that place! I always had to wait an hour or more in the waiting room.

Yes, I had the same problems, so always made it a point to make my appointments with them before I left their office.

It was hit or miss on whether I'd wait. Sometimes no wait, sometimes very long. In fact the 1st time I went, we were there for so long that my DH had to ask them if they had some juice because my sugar was dropping and I was getting shaky. (They got me milk and a cookie! )

Yeah, their office is a little hectic. And after you make an appointment, call a couple of days later to confirm. They screwed up a couple of my appointments.

i waited an hour and a half for my level 2 yesterday. needless to say, the techs were sitting and eating pizza with half a dozen starving pregnant ladies in the waiting room---not cool

A good friend of mine can't stand them too. I went to Nassau Radiological (I requested them) and they have been great! Easy to get an appt., no long waits, nice dr., 3d and 4d done, etc.

I love it there, but they are so horrible for putting people on hold then never coming back, when I call them now I tell them I don't want to be put on hold since no one ever comes back.

That happened to me - it took me days to get through to them.

I have no idea why because when I went to the office - finally - there were so many people behind the desk.

oh def. i always had problems with them and then when u do get an appointment ur waiting at least an hour

I have horror stories about this place there is a location in Park Slope Brooklyn, they are horrible I told my doctor and he called in personally they were horrible to him so he called the Mineola Office and they were quite helpful.

That happen to me the first time I called them also. I was on hold for over 10 minutes so hung and called back and was put on hold for another 15 minutes. I was so mad by the time they came back to me.

My other issue with them now is the hours the doctors work and the wait.....I always have to take a half day to go to them.

I also originally started at the Mineola office but switched to the Babylon office and find it alot better. Although I do have a wait sometimes, it has never been as long as I had to wait at Mineola.
