spotting bf af
is it normal to have 1-3 days of spotting before af ? Does anyone else get this? This usually happens to me and once in a blue moon I get spotting one day and almost a week later I am due for af

I usually spot one day, and then the next day AF comes.

I usually spot for a day before AF and then again at the end.

I usually spot for a day, or get spotting in the morning and AF by the afternoon. Its normal to have a day or two of spotting.
