what should I do? CBEFM ???
Ok so as I mentioned in previous posts I have had some brown spotting when I wipe since Wednesday. AF has still not show up ( she stays away) but I'm 99% sure that I'm out. I tested this morning and got a BFN...I was planning on starting to use the CBEFM this month. What CD would I be on. I have a feeling that this brown (TMI) is my period....IS IT??? I'm SOOO confused and I don't want to miss the boat with the monitor. TIA!!!

You set the monitor as day one when you have a full bleed and not just spotting. Day one is when you get your full flow of your period. I have been using this monitor and swear by it. Good luck!

Way TMI  but the consistency is that of a period. It almost looks like I can see my lining shedding and dark brown when I wipe. Definitely not my period???

I had this same type of spotting for 7 days before my period would start. It was a progesterone problem.

I see that you are pregnant now. CONGRATS!!! How did you go about handling the progesterone problem???
