Can I still sleep on my stomach?
I am 8 weeks 4 days preggo....should I stop sleeping on my stomach??...my friend told me I should stop!!

I think it's a matter of how comfortable you are. Try sleeping on your side to get used to it, but if you wake up and find yourself on your stomach that's ok. Just adjust yourself.

Ehhhhh.........I just did it till I was uncomfortble! For me that was around 16 weeks........same time that I needed to start getting my massage on my side!!
Everyone is different and for me I have really just started to develope a lower belly at 20 weeks.
Do what is comforatble FOR YOU!

I heard the same DEF get use to sleeping on your left.

try propping yourself up a bit with some pillows between your stomach and the mattress, and sleep partially on your stomach, partially on your side... that might ease the transition....
