What are you wearing at the hospital?

I have no idea what i should bring with me! pj's? a robe? a button down full length gown? i went shopping all day today and couldnt find anything cute. any suggestions on where to look?

I think I will go with a gown and robe and pair of PJs.

I pretty much stayed in the hospital gown and used my robe (brought PJ's and night gown). I was in too much pain and exhausted to change Going home, I brought a velour suit type outfit. I wound up wearing the pants home and the nursing PJ top. Again, didn't give a crud what I looked like, I need comfort!!!!

I wore the hospital gown the first 2 days (I had a c-section and the gown was more comfy) and my nursing pj's the other 2 days. I also wore a robe.

I went to JCPenny today and purchased a nightgown that had buttons in the front for $12. It was actually cute. I figured it it gets ruined - I really don't care. I have to keep looking for other sleepwear - I have two pairs of PJ's that I can take but there is a chance I might have a c-section. I want to get another 2 nightgowns if that is the case.

I am not a gown person. I know everyone says it's easier when they examine you after birth, but i'm not comfortable in them so I'm bringin pj pants and t shirts. My MIL also bought me a robe, but I'm not sure if I'll wear that either.

so far I have the robe and slippers, just working on the gown, i'm also gonna bring a top and bottom set for if I feel up to it

I wore a gown for the first 2 days, I had a c-section and pants hurt too much on my incision. Plus they check your incision a lot so it was just easier to keep the gown on. But when I was ready for clothes I had my maternity pjs and some sweat pants and a comfy shirt.

I am also looking for something wear, I know I want comfy pant bottoms and a comfy top, slippers and a robe.

I saw something at the Maternity store in Riverhead, but when I asked the sales lady if they had a medium, she rudely said we only have what is out.

I swear the sales ladies at store are so rude, I hate going there.

I am wearing Pj's with a button or snap front(for bf'ing) and a robe. I had a c-section last time and found that pj's were very comfy, and I like having my legs covered.

for my first i had pj's and a jogging suit and was comfortable. have to remember you might have others in your room and see people in the hall or have visitors so wear what is comfortable.

I will be bringing my PJ pants and botton front top. I don't wear gowns at all. I like having my feet covered.

I bought a cute gown ($10 at TJMax!). So I am going to wear that and a robe. I am also bringing a pair of Pjs and sweat outfits, incase I want to wear clothes.

I have PJ's pants and button down shirt that have matching slippies.... I'm always cold so a gown just won't cut it.

I am also bringing my robe with me.

ETA that I'm also bringing a black velour outfit with me and a white t-shirt, and my ever faithful flip flops for going home.

I have slippers and a robe (though I somehow lost the robe recently).

I think just loose sweats and tank or t-shirt. I really can't do the long pj gown thing. Other than that, I'll wear the hospital gown.

Ugh I hate gowns, but I will prob pick one up for cheap, just in case I am uncomfortable in my lounge pants and shirt. I have a robe, too.
