I'm a general manager of finance for a small company within a larger international company.

I've been there a year and a half. The first 8 months I'd say I'd give it a 2. Now I'd say we're at a solid 7.5. I love what I do. I love my boss. I love the way the company has treated me during my maternity leave and in general. However, I work long hours, am completely obsessed with my job most of the time. And wish it was just a little less stressful. It's not like we're performing life threatening brain surgery or anything. Jeez. BUt that all being said I don't have any plans to go anywhere anytime soon.

I'm in the 8-10 range.

I am the Senior Manager of Organizational Development for a large company.

Which is basically a fancy way of saying I do HR project work to make things better within our organization.

My work environment fluctuates (RN) so I would say when things are ideal I'd give it a 9 when there's lots of drama and attitude maybe a 5.

I really love what I do. I work with mentally ill adults for the state government. Mainly schizoprenics. I have done so for almost 12 years now...and I cannot imagine doing anything else really. I feel like a jerk when I say this...but I feel like it was truly my calling

Paramedic and 911 medical dispatcher
a 6-8....it depends on the day. Some days are really good and make you feel like you know what your doing, and others make you wanna quit. Everyday is soooo different.

I would say 8 out of 10 which is a MAJOR improvement for me

I work in HR. Love the company I work for and my team.

9, but if it weren'tso far away and costly to get there, it might be a 10. Of course everyone has days when they want to rip their hair out of their heads.

I work for a major test prep company. I coordinate private tutoring programs. This includes customer service, sales, management, recruiting and training, marketing and academics. I like it because I get to do so many different things and talk to so many people and no two days are the same.

I LOVE it because the people I work with are great, my boss is an absolutely wonderful person, and there's a clear room for advancement.

And my company is hiring on Garden City for my job and several others, so please FM if you have questions. I started part time with the company in college, and last year joined full time. I think it's a great place to work.

ETA: I just had my 9 month review, and if all goes well I should be getting a promotion in 2 weeks.

It varies between 5 and 8. 5 are the days I'd rather be a SAHM so I can be with my son and 8 are my normal work days. I'm a manager at a staffing company.

mine is a 3....Bores me all to heck! I am an admin assistant at the moment, for the past 9 years (not at the same co.) The only reason I like it is because my bosses are cool and good to me and the pay is decent (not great!)

I am going back to college next week to be a RN (Registered Nurse).

CANT WAIT!

I like it 0, but that wasn't an option. And the commute is pretty decent. So are the hours.

I'm hoping to be fired at the end of the month.

If I had answered this yesterday, I would have written a 7 or 8. Today I am feeling like a 2 or 3. I am having a REALLY bad day today

Honestly, it is only the paycheck and the benefits that are keeping me going right now.
