If DH didnt already love me....
he REALLY loves me now. He taught me football and he is a HUGE Giants fan. Well i watched game w/ him last night (poor Giants!!) and guess what.... I liked it
I think i made his year!!!

I enjoy watching football sometimes... Last night's Giant's game was pretty exciting which makes it more enjoydable to watch. Some games just drag on and it's not as much fun.

this is the best time of year for football. I watch every Sunday (or Thursday, and now more Saturdays), and I LOVE it...Jets suckit, my DH is a Bears fan, and I love watching the Colts and the Patriots with these crazy quarterbacks.
My only complaint is that with the Sunday Ticket, DH gets a little to ADD about flipping the channels between all the games...I likek to watch a good chunk and get into it.
Football and Hockey are fun hard-hitting games you can really get into.

Football isn't so bad. I actually have enjoyed watching it for a long time. I now live in WI and the Packers are like a religion here. I would probably be stoned if I wasn't watching the Packers on Sunday. Plus DH is a huge Packers fan!

i LOVE love loveeeeeee football, but DH is not too happy with me....i just recently came out of the closet as being a Giants fan. (DH is a hardcore Jets fan). I see this being a major issue if and when we have kids

ditto! DH has tried to explain the game to me at least 20 times and i still have no clue whats going on.

I watched that game also and loved it too! I still only understand 70% of football. It was an exciting game and I was rooting for the Giants. Tom Brady is a hot piece of A S S though

Good for you! I don't really get football... Luckily my DH isn't THAT into it.
I do love UFC though (Ultimate / MMA fighting)... They have a reality show on Spike so I get to know the fighters, and then on "fight night" we order the Pay Per View fights, pizza and beer  . It is something that we enjoy doing together...
