Fighting for 30 bucks
I had a 2nd job that I quit, they still owe me 30 bucks from the last shift I worked. I called 2 times about this money and the boss wont call me back, I am so PI$$ED off b/c even tho it is 30 bucks I want my money. I dont kno what to do an honestly dont want to go to the location to fight for the money. Is this something I could complain to the better business bureau about?

I dont know if you could complain to the BBB but maybe to the labor board. It's your money that you earned and worked for.

Re: Fighting for 30 bucks
I would leave one more message stating that if they don't send you the $30 that you're owed that you will be taking them to small claims court. My husband is freelance and has had deadbeats not pay him for no reason- when he threatens small claims on them they usually come around so they won't have to take an entire day out of the business to go to court. HTH!

Not the BBB, the Department of Labor. If you want help crafting a letter, FM me.
There are very strict wage laws. Hopefully you were on the books.

I would say to drop the name of the Department of Labor. That usually gets people stirring!
