Where to get tires???
Where should I get a gift card from for tires?
My brother needs new tires on his car and I want to get him a gift card for Christmas. When I told my dh I was going to go to pep boys, he went ballistic telling me they were rip-offs.
How about BJ's??
How much do tires go for anyway??? I dont even know what amount to get it for???

Tires are from around $50 - $150 per tire, depending on the size, quality, use, etc.
Truck/SUV tires cost more. Sports car tires cost more. Small sedan tires for general driving are relatively cheap.

I have always gotten my tires from goodyear..to me thay have the best service and very much stand by their products...i just got 4 new tires today in fact

DH got tires for my car last year at Mavis. it was a really good deal

Normally, I would say Sears, but my boss went there for her tires and had nothing but headaches dealing with them.
She had to have a brand new tire replaced on the same wheel 2x before they decided to check her rim on the third shot.
Made her pay for it all three times. They told her she should have asked them to check the rim.

DH and I both had to get a whole est of tires- the best price, by far, was at Mavis. Significantly cheaper than BJs, and they're pretty quick, too. (this coming from the most impatient person in the world!)
