WHO do you send Christmas cards to??
I should be receiving my new Christmas cards early next week and am trying to put together the list of people to send them to.
I have a list of 88 addresses - for the 170 or so people we invited to our wedding this year. Some I would not send to, but how do you decide who gets one and who doesn't? There are some I'd rather not send them to, but they are family with people that I do want to send to.
Silly question, I know, but I don't want to be rude nor do I want to send them to everyone and their mamas.

We still use our wedding list but cut off people we don't ever see or hardly knew then. I think that's a good barometer of who to send to...esp. because I write a note on every card and you want to "know" that family.
That said, we are at 170 cards -- and still counting!

we don't send to our entire wedding list, but we sent out 30 total, friends and family.

I sent cards to my family (aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters, grandparents) and then my close friends.

we send to our closest family and friends only. like there are some of my parents friends and not so close family there were invited to the wedding, but i wouldn't send them a xmas card.

I send to my family and my family's inlaws b/c we see at holidays, and close friends. Then i keep some extra blank ones in case someone sends me one, that i didnt send too, then i just put in mail the next day.

Aside from immediate family, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, close friends and then friends that my Mom has had since she was a child

We send to my work colleagues, DH's clients and family and close friends. That usually does us! I am not sending to most people we invited to the wedding. Unless they send to you or you have a close relationship, a TY is enough and no holiday card is fine

Our aunts, uncles, cousins, some coworkers of DH, friends from college. Each year I add a few extra people.

I used to send out a lot more but then I started keeping track of who sends them to me and now I only send to those people and a few of my lame-o friends(around 75 cards)
