I need help with OPK

Ok so my average cycle is 32 days and according to the insutrctions on the OPK I should start testing on Sunday...but I noticed increasing CM last night and want to test today just in case I am O'ing early...I have never used an OPK before...I took the first one with me to work today so i can test during my lunch..BUT I FORGOT THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!

I have absolutely no idea how to use it!!!

Can anyone help???? Should I just wait until I get home to use it??

just pee in a cup hold the stick there for 15 sec and lay it down flat. Result should come up in 3 minutes or less. Try not to ppe for 4 hours prior and reduce fluid intake!

You brought both parts with you right? The holder and the test sticks??

I just hold it in the urine stream for 5-7 seconds, then lay flat.

FYI: you can download the instructions online if it makes you feel more comfortable (on the clear blue easy website, under products)

I just did one at work
Pee on the stick, put the cap on it and then find the arrow on the pee stick and insert it to the digital part...

as you can see I'm really bad at giving directions.....

I must be an idiot.....So I peed on the stupid thing and replaced the pink cap.....and nothing!!!

What did I do wrong??

Did you first insert the stick into the part with the digital window? If so, you should see the stick image in the screen flashing until it shows your result. I've never put the pink cap back on it after peeing on it.

oh shoot there are two parts????!!!!!!!


I am now looking at this thin plastic with a pink cap and one arrow...Was I supposed to grab something else out of the box when I left for work this morning??!!!!
