Would you still try?
DH and I have a trip planned to go to Disney in October 08. We will be going with my parents (for the first time since I was 7). The problem is, if we conceive in December 2007, my anticipated due date would be around September 4th. Would you still try, or wait a few months? I know that most people say to not stop doing things in your life on the chance that something "might" happen. But, I am not sure I would take a 2 month old to Disney. What would you do?
ETA: This is a trip that DH and I are taking with my parents. We can't reschedule it for a later date b/c my parents go at the same time each year (for the last 12 years).

Yup, I went on vacation to Mexico last month that when I booked it I thought I would be at least 5-6 months pregnant. Life goes on and you can't put it on hold for TTC. Worst case scenario is that you would have to reschedule for a few months later (or best case scenario ). I would not put TTC on hold for anything.

I'd miss the trip. Go in a couple of years with your little ones! Especially b/c your parents go every year. They'll reschedule for the baby!
Also, you may not get BFP right away and will want to get started!

Make the plans! You never know what life will bring you, but you will know you are going to go to Disney if you book!!!

I would still try. You never know what may happen. And, if your parents go every year, you can always go in '09.

still try. Kids are portable at that age and you could take him/her with you. If you wait you will have to wait for a while because you can't fly in the 3rd trimester.

Re: Would you still try?
I would definately continue to try...You never know what will happen! I can tell you this, we just got back from a week in Hilton Head & we travelled with our 11 week old nephew. Of course, it is not Disney but kids at that age are definately easier to travel with. If it so happens that you can't go, then you postpone the trip for the next year (airplane tickets can be used for a year after the date)

I wouldn't put TTC on hold for anything. In fact, I have a trip to Florida planned for the begining of June - If I am pregnant this month, I will be 7 months pregnant (there is no way I would get on a plane).
Keep trying. You never know how long it will take you to get pregnant.
