Can he just start smacking the little kiddies around? As long as he isn't insulting women?

I read a book and it was explaining how different the idea of santa (the man who wears holiday red) is in some cultures. Some of the kids believed if they misbehaved santa would kick them and take them away in a big sack.
I wish that santa walked around the mall.
