Employers and rudeness
Why do some bosses think it's ok to talk down to people? Do you think it's because 'they' think they have the authority and they take advantage of it and treat people with disrepect? If you were a Boss would you talk down to your employee's? Just a general question nothing more. Open for opinions.

I was a manager and also a "Lead" teacher of classrooms. Talking down to assistants will get you know where.
Yes, there were times I'd leave the room and vent to another teacher or just go in the Ladies room and take a deep breath (helped a lot).
There is no reason to talk down to anyone. Not right!
