One side of my family room (has changed a bit since picture was taken). The other side we have sliding glass doors, chair, tv and small bar and lots of kiddie toys...
Parts of Formal living room that's is set up from Christmas - don't mind gifts from Satna waiting for my son. We have wood floor now not pergo.

Well we haven't moved into our house yet; but DH has been working his butt off (w/ my dad)

Theresa05... is your DH by chance in the carpentry business??? We're looking for someone to install molding in our new house... entire first floor, stairs, and one or two bedrooms upstairs. I was just curious if he does this for a living or if this is just his secret hidden talent.

It's a work in Progress!
We still need a rug, real end tables and wood furniture and to hang a mirror over the fireplace.
Paint is BM Springfield Tan.
This is the mirror that I need to hang horizontally over the FP.
This is the rug that I have my eye on.
