What's going on with me?
I've had brownish/pinkish spotting every single day since I ovulated... i'm like 10 or 11 DPO now. Yesterday and today it's pinkish-red. I'm due sun/mon for AF.
I usually get spotting 3-4 days before AF comes, but for 11 days straight now??
I'm going to the obgyn next friday, but just wondering if anyone else experienced this. I'm a little nervous...

Is it possible that you are PG??? I mean, I know many get implantation spotting.
I had some spotting this month prior to AF which was abnormal but my Dr told me there are months you might have it.

Are you on the pill? Sometimes if you miss a few doses in a row, or double up your packs (to skip a period) when you go back to your normal dosage, your period goes a little haywire.

It's possible... but i've been reading online and usually implantation spotting happens between 6-12DPO and for 1-2 days. Why would I be spotting for 11 days straight?

That said, not every woman experiences implantation bleeding. It doesn't really sound like IB to me.
Are you under any stress? I know you've been off the pill for 5 months but your body could still be adjusting. (Mine took almost a year to "normalize".)

Jess, I had lots of spotting between my periods when I was on the pill. I told my doctor and he had me get a sonohystogram just to make sure I wasn't bleeding from a cyst, polyp, or fibroid. Thankfully, I had nothing going on down there and the doctor said that, if I wanted to stay on the pill, I'd just need a higher dosage of hormone.
I decided to come off the pill b/c DH and I were going to start TTC. It sounds to me like your body just needs to get regulated now that you have come off the pill. It can take several months. Don't freak out! And, take the advice my doctor gave me, don't look stuff up on wedmd.com or any of those other sites. You will drive yourself insane! Just stay calm and wait to talk to your doctor. Good luck!!!

Your body could be still getting used to not being on the pill.
My doctor told me it could take up to a year for my body to regulate itself after coming off of BC.

This is what i'm afraid of... an old co-worker of mine had one and had to have surgery to get it removed.

I had one surgically removed 15 years ago. I was in a lot of pain - hurt to sit, hurt to go to the bathroom...AF was excruciating (I had the cyst for about 8 months before a Dr actually found it  ). I did not have any bleeding/spotting with it.
If it does happen to be a cyst...the procedure is less invasive now - it's done laparoscopically.

I've had spotting for 1 or 2 days in the middle of a cycle, it happens I think it's not an uncommon thing.
