Is this a "symptom"??

I have had some crazy lower back pain for about 4 days and my face has been really really oily. I was wondering if the oily face could be because of a change in hormones caused my being prego. Anyone know?

ETA: So here are my other "symptoms." As I said, I've been having really dull lower back pain for about 4 days, my face is oily with some breaks outs, I feel more than normal tired (but not overly exhausted), I had some sharp pain on my right side (near my ovary) for 1 day, and I had some yellowish CM *TMI*. What do you gals think?

i broke out on my face really bad, but that was when i stopped the pill in august

about 2 weeks after stopping the pill it got really bad
i stopped the pill august 8th and it just really cleared up about a week ago

I think they definately could be signs but I had the same thing this month with the oily skin & breakouts. When I was on BCP, my skin was great, not oily at all. Since about 2 months ago, I noticed my skin being a lot more oily & I wasn't really sure if it was just the heat or something to do with hormones.
