Where do you put/store your "countertop" appliances?

I have VERY limited ocunter space, and find that the stand mixer, blender, toaster oven and occassionally the coffee maker take it all up (See photo on my post about kitchen help).

DH did build a shelf for microwave, so that is no longer on the counter, but now what to do witht he other thigns. I do not have much storage space to hide them away.

TIA!

Re: Where do you put/store your "countertop" appliances?

Coffee maker is on the counter since it is used daily. I have a bakers rake for the toaster oven, since again it is used almost daily. Our microwave is built in. Everything else gets put away because I don't use it often enough. We have a wardrobe in the basement that serves as our pantry and that is where I store the Foreman Grill, Mixer, Bread Machine, etc. I only use them once or twice a month.

Blender, chopper, food processor are stored in a cabinet.

Most of my stuff is in the closet in our spare bedroom that's doubling as a dining room right now.

All that's out is our toaster oven and our vacuum sealer.

I have my microwave, toaster, can opener & George Forman out. Everything else is in our closet or in our cabinets.

I have alot of counterspace but only keep out my Kitchen aid mixer, coffee pot & toaster oven. Dh just built a pantry closet in the kitchen for me, so now my george foreman, bread maker, smoothie maker & other stuff is all in there. Before that it was in the basement.

We actually have some decent counter space...but we only keep coffee pot and toaster oven out. I don't like cluttered counter tops. I keep eveything else I may need away in cabinets

I have a lot of counterspace but only keep the essential appliances out.
1) KitchenAid Mixer
2) toaster
3) coffee machine
4) expresso machine

The rest are in the pantry closet

Re: Where do you put/store your "countertop" appliances?

WE have a lot of counter space but I don't like the look of a cluttered counter.

I've seen the real estate shows and they say, one appliance per counter.

Microwave is built in over stove.

Toaster is out only when we use it, we store it above refrigerator.

Coffee maker always out.

Up until a few weeks ago everything else was stored. Now that I'm making baby food the blender stays out, but I put a few containers away.
