Re: BathTime
Lucky gets a bath every 3-4 weeks. His skin gets dry if it's done too often

Re: BathTime
I was deifnitley bathing Dottie too often. About once every 5-6 weeks. Her breed should only be bathed about 3 -4 x a year.
Just be careful, you don't want them to develop any skin conditions.

Re: BathTime
Kasey gets one when she really starts to stink!! She's also a short-hair breed so we just brush her and give baths when necessary.

Re: BathTime
We bathe Daisy every 3-4 weeks depending on what messes she's gotten herself into.
The groomer usually washes her as well and she goes there every 5-6 weeks.

Re: BathTime
i try every week if not its every other but he goes to the groomers every 4 -6 weeks regardless and he is primarily an inside pet..,,
i wil allow myself to sound completely crazy..but maybe someone else will admit to doing this as well
when he comes in from going to the bathroom outside, i wipe his butt ,his pee pee and all 4 paws before he crosses over the back door mat

Re: BathTime
She gets a bath once every couple of months. It's not good to bathe a dog too often cuz they tend towards very dry skin and can develop problems if bathed too often.

Re: BathTime
Morgan and Jessi are short haired dogs, so we usually only bath them every two months or until they start to stink or dog. Riley or pup has longer hair and we just bathed her for the first time since we got her...She will prob need a bath more often since her hair is longer and she will shed more.
