I wish that everyone....
would stop asking me "when are you getting pregnant?" 5 others i work with are and so people feel inclined to ask,outloud, in front of others. I know they mean well, but people should think twice. it's rude. One peron even said "you look like you put on some weight...RU pregnant?"OMG! hello!!!!!I was dying to say "it's the infertility drugs i'm taking and the stress of TTC, but thank you for noticing!"

 I feel the same way. I had medical problems earlier this year that few in the family know about. I just tell them when I find out, I will let them know. People can be so rude sometimes.
Just another two weeks and hopefully we can begin trying! Stay strong my dear!

I know what you mean... and I have to admit that before I wanted to TTC and found I have IF issues, I used to ask my friends the same question... You really don't know until you go through it yourself, unfortunately.

You should have! It would have served them right for asking such a rude and intrusive question. People really don't think sometimes.

I totally hear you! There can be nothing worse than someone asking a TTC'er that question! I just think it's so rude especially the people who ask that "know" your TTC. Until this day my one family member whom I've mentioned in the past constantly asks me if I'm pg. She does this every time I talk to her on the phone and/or see her at an occassion. The last time she asked me when I had called her and she asked, "are you pregnant yet?" I just snapped back at her so I don't think she will be asking anymore, I couldn't help it!
So sorry. Your not the only one so we can most definitely relate with you here

Some people have no 'filter' and what pops in their head flys out their mouth before they even realize it.. Hoping those fertility meds work real soon!!

OMG! I am so with you on that!!! I decided that I was going to retaliate - especially with my BIL and MIL!!!
BIL asked me "when are you going to make me an uncle???" Of course this was the very last time he asked it b/c I asked him "how much $$ do you owe your Mother?? How much $ do you make? What's your mortage?" He told me it was none of my business and I told him take a note.
Last year MIL asked me same thing, (she is currently living with her boyfriend and no talk of getting married - I could care less, but she is nosey with me..) I asked her when she was going to marry her bf....she looked horrified! I told her I know it's none of my business but my reproductive/sex life with her son was none of hers.
The question has stopped.
