Question
If I get a positive OPK, how do I know which day I actually ovulated??? Is it considered that day??? I always see everyone write....I am 7dpo (for example). How do you really know which day it is???

If you got a +OPK yesterday, that means you will O in the next 24-36 hours. So start BDing & see what happens. I know that I usually O within 24 hours of my +. If you really want, you can test again until you get the - & that will really pinpoint the day you O. Then you can start counting DPO!

When I used them I kept testing until I got a negative. I usually got two days of positives and the next day was negative so I assumed I O'd the 2nd day of positive.
