Calcium
We are officially TTC:)! So I am trying to take more calcium with my multi and folic acid, but it makes me constipated (TMI) - anyone have this problem? ANyone find a calcium supplement that doesn't do this?

My ob suggested calcium citrate...is that what you're taking??? I'm not sure why but if you're also taking a prenatal that might be what's causing the constipation. Try something like milk of mag or a stool softner....it should help
