i voted couple times a week - I got YELLED at when I went to the dentist because there is decay between my back teeth....but I can't reach to floss there, anyway! (even with the floss threaders...)
So it's listerine for me.

I am so bad about this. I know I should be better but I just like to brush and go. DH is so good. I am pretty sure he flosses just about every day.

Just so you know Listerine will NOT prevent decay and it really does NOTHING for our mouths!!!! besides dry the hell out of our tissues and can cause cancer if you smoke and use listerine! ( both the alcohol content and nicotene change the tissues and cells in mouth and cause oral cancer- time depends on the individual- but why chance it?) Use the REACH floss holder for the hard to reach( back teeth) areas.
edited to say if you want a rinse to help prevent decay use ACT or colgate Phos fluoride. for the gums use THe natural dentist for gums rinse!

few times a week. I use to do it everyday, but dentist said I was flossing my gums away he said my gum line was receding.

I am a born again flosser. I got braces at 29 and was so afraid I'd get a million cavities that I flossed religiously every day. The habit stuck and I still do it once a day - usually at night.
