my grandmother mom was married to a guy who was jewish i did not know this till yesterday i guess i am both religion but did not know till now. yes jewish is a religion but its also part of your heritage i mean if you have a relative in your family married to someone of that heritage than you become that part.I would think the only way you would be jewish is if this gentleman was your great-grandfather...
he was he was married to my great grandmother!

I consider myself an American. My heritage is
Czech
German
Irish
Hungarian
DH was born in Argentina, moved to NY when he was 10. Since Argentina is similar to the US and many Europeans emigrated there his heritage is
Italian
Spanish
German.
