Charting for the first time...
What do I need to know?
AF came last Wednesday 8/8/07 so its just about finished.
I just came back from CVS and bought a Basal digital thermometer and I know I'm supposted to take this first thing in the morning and I'm going to sign up on FertilityFriend.com
Whatelse?....

You should be charting during AF as well, so I would set up your chart since the first day of AF (without temps) and then start filling in the temps as of tomorrow...

You're pretty much set...I definitely found Fertility Friend and TCOYF very helpful. Try to take your temp around the same time every day. You may want to record your cervial fluid too since that will help pinpoint your O day.
