I would have given back the money. Except I would have found the manager myself because if I had to hear her page him one more time it could have gotten ugly.

I would have given it back. Yes, I would have been temtped to keep it because I waited so long, but, I would have felt guilty for not returning it.

That $10 would have stayed in my wallet and I wouldn't have felt a pang of guilt ........... - I'd probably end up spending it back at the same store anyway !!!
