I've heard you don't want your legs too elevated b/c then the sperm will swim right over where they need to be. I used to just prop one pillow under my hips and lay there for 30-40-minutes. I avoided headstands.

My SIL swears by it. I did it a couple of times but then realized that so many people get pregnant on a whim! When I told my mom about it, she laughed & said "you will believe anything, eh?"

It couldnt hurt but I dont think it is key. I venture to say that many interactions resulting in unplanned pregnancies had plenty of women zipping up their pants in a hurry. Sorry to be crude but thats just how I see it.
