Dyson Owners...I think the unthinkable has happened!

I think we have lost suction Chat Icon
Seriously though....the vacuum just doesn't work the same...I feel like I have to go over things a few times when in the past it would just suck it right up.....Am I not cleaning something I should be?

We lost suction about 6 months after getting it. I think it sucked up a nail or something. We sent it in to be serviced, and came back fine.

Have you washed the filter? You're supposed to every 6 months (I didn't know this until I was trying to troubleshoot.) Also, make sure there's no debris caught up in the top of the canister. And the brush has to be cleaned up once in a while, too. We have cats & I have long hair, and it all gets caught up in the brush sometimes.
