Dyson Vaccuums
Are they really that much better? They are really expensive.

Re: Dyson Vaccuums
We've had ours for a year and we love it and now that we got a dog, it's an even better fit for us with everything that it picks up.

Re: Dyson Vaccuums
I have the Dyson Animal and I can't believe how well it works. I was about to toss out our area rug because I couldn't get the cat hair off of it with our old vaccuum. Got the Dyson instead and the rug was as good as new.

Re: Dyson Vaccuums
All independent reviews I've read, including Consumer Reports, say that although the Dysons are good vacuums, there are many that are noticeably better for about half the price.

Re: Dyson Vaccuums
DH and I were considering a Dyson but ended up buying the Infinity instead. It's a much cheaper version of almost the same technology. They sell it at BJ's and Bed Bath and Beyond. I highly recommend it. It has great suction.
