Has anyone been inside this house in Seaford?

The outside needs a lot of work but we couldn't get inside yesterday. The listing agent never told the homeowner we were coming and I was curious what the inside was like.

im surprised from the listing it says " Good" because it looks really nice from the photos. In real estate terms " good" means almost unlivable! From the pictures it doesnt seem like it needs all that much tlc either the kitch and bath look new

I was thinking the same thing...I wonder what may be wrong with it. Looks great though.

Well you can't tell from those pics but the outside is awful! Roof needs to be totally redone and so does the siding. Front and side yards are completely over grown. I was curious what the inside looked like since they don't take care of the outside
ETA...I just looked at the pics again..the outside does NOT look like that anymore! Those must be old pics

I haven't been in that house but I know someone that lives in a house just like it probably on the same street. Is it on Majorie Lane and I agree with leese what a great town (I too am a product of Seaford). In an old friends house there were two other levels--one that went from the kitchen to a den/another access to outside with a laundry room and my friends had a 1/2 bath on that level too and then from that level there was another level that was a basement pretty much under living room, dinning room kitchen. It is a cute set up--two big bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. If there is no half bath on the other level though it has only one bathroom on the level with teh bedrooms. Hope this helps.

It looks like a good house for an excellent price. I live in Seaford and I love the area. The exterior definitely needs some work but the inside looks pretty good from the MLS pics. Fair market value for this home is in the 450's according to the Nassau Assessors Website. Unless the walls are falling down this is a good deal. You have FM.

Looks like a great deal!
We too bought a house in Seaford (a few years ago) that needed lots of work. We couldnt be happier with our house now- it was well worth it! I love living in Seaford!
